Africa´s water, a matter far from good practices

OSLO, NORWAY/ Since July 28 of 2010 it is a fact that access to clean and fresh water is a Human Right, but not all is being done to grant it. A study than ends in December 2013 shows that in many parts of Africa the management of scarce water resources is left to the local authorities. Actually all goes in accordance to water international standards but this practice seems to have a lot of trouble in the second most populated continent of the planet.
