Maritim sector must revise CO2 emissions
BRUSSELS, BELGIUM/ Transportation sector is in the eye of the emissions hurricane as one of the biggest polluters in the world.
Many things are being done in shipping, but more actions are demanded to reach real progress in this field.
The International maritime transport accounts for close to 3% of global CO2 emissions and by 2050 is expected to double its emissions.
