United Nations discusses to reduce planet risks

NEWYORK, UNITED STATES/ The 2010 was a devastating year with earthquakes, deadly floods, outrageous rains, dead and material losses. All these moved the United Nations (UN) to take action to reduce disaster risks starting now. The UN concluded recently, during a high-level meeting, that the most important thing to do against disasters is to build local resilience in urban areas. This must be done in order to prepare people when calamities or disasters are underway.
