LOUXEMBURG/ Poland has failed to inform the European Commission (EU) about the implementation of environmental quality standards for surface water legislation that is pretended to become a national law. The European Commission asks Poland to comply with this EU legislation. If no proper answers are received in two months the country will face the Court of Justice.
